Product availability

All orders placed through the Aphrodite online shop are subject to product availability, which will be indicated in most cases on the website itself.

If there is a stock shortage or any other problem related to the inability to supply the order, Aphrodite Beauty undertakes to notify you within a maximum period of 48 hours, reserving the right to provide information about a possible solution, whether this be the future availability of the product or the proposal of an alternative product of equal or superior quality and value to the one requested.

Removal of products from the online shop

Aphrodite reserves the right to withdraw any product from the online shop at any time and/or to modify or remove any material or content from the website. Aphrodite shall not be liable to the user or to third parties for withdrawing products or modifying content from the website.

Price

The price of the products will be as stated at any given time in the Aphrodite online shop. Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and exclude shipping costs.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.

Failure to deliver

If, for reasons attributable to the buyer (absence, incorrect address, etc.), delivery is not possible, Aphrodite will contact the customer to provide them with the necessary information for collecting the order.

Returns

Aphrodite accepts returns within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original packaging and labelling intact.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Any customs handling fees will be borne entirely by the customer.

If the product is not returned in its original packaging and the packaging is damaged, Aphrodite reserves the right to refuse the return.
